You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, while maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.Key Responsibilities:- Accurate and timely entry of patient information, medical history, and treatment records into our database- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data entry- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate data entry- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy according to company policies and HIPAA regulations- Identify and report any errors or issues with data entry to the appropriate supervisor- Keep track of and update patient information as necessaryQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience or training in data entry- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes- Proficient in typing and computer skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferredAt Eagle Home Health, we value our employees and provide a supportive and collaborative work environment.
