Virtual Assistant For Calls – (Graveyard/Night Time Shift)
Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this. When you respond to this posting, please refer to the points that I’ve made below and explain why you would be a good fit for the role. Currently looking for a virtual assistant to be able to be present on phone/web calls for 5-10 hours per week. These hours are between 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM EST. Please keep in mind if you are located in the Philippines, this shift starts at 11:30 PM - 1:30 AM PHT. Since these calls are live on the phone with me, this person should be proficient in English communication. This person needs to be OK with executing tasks and taking direction while on the a call with somebody. The tasks and skills will be as follows: - Be available on calls between 1-3 hours - Take direction on Tasks from the person on the phone/Web call - Perform typing and follow instructions from the person on the call - Understand google sheets and docs - Understand excel and Google sheets - Must be able to type proficiently in English If you think you’re a good fit for this role, please tell me why.
