Talent Sourcer Intern

We focus on software-first products that use the power of tech to boost productivity. We primarily invest at seed and occasionally at pre-seed, focusing on second-time founders. Our average check is $500k, but we can go as low as $200k and as high as $2M with follow-ons.
Our team helps founders with growth, recruiting, PR, business development, and investment relations.
Now we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer Intern who will learn how to find top talent for early-stage startups.
What you will do
- Learn how to build and manage candidate pipelines for various roles;
- Support sourcing for tech and non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, etc.);
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms to search for candidates;
- Help craft outreach messages and engage with potential candidates;
- Maintain data accuracy in our CRM and prepare shortlists.
About you
- You’re curious about recruitment and startups;
- You enjoy researching, analyzing, and finding the right people;
- You have a strong attention to detail and good communication skills;
- You speak English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn search or other sourcing tools will be a plus.
