Join the Hulu Brand Marketing Team as a Manager, Licensed MarketingWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Manager, Licensed Marketing on Hulu's Brand Marketing team! As a key player in our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting integrated marketing plans for some of the most popular titles on Hulu, collaborating with prominent content partners to elevate awareness and engagement with our licensed content library.About Hulu and the Brand Marketing TeamHulu is a leading streaming service that offers a diverse range of TV shows, movies, and documentaries. Our Brand Marketing team plays a crucial role in promoting our content and driving engagement with our audience. As a Manager, Licensed Marketing, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.Job SummaryAs the Manager, Licensed Marketing, you will lead partnerships with prominent content partners, including Freeform, ABC, and ABC Signature, to support mutually beneficial business objectives. You will develop and execute integrated marketing plans for licensed and exclusive shows, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive awareness, linkage, engagement, and acquisition.Key Responsibilities• Manage licensed content partner relationships to support partners in achieving mutually beneficial business objectives, including driving awareness, linkage, engagement, and acquisition.• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for licensed and exclusive shows, working closely with internal teams and external partners.• Brief in-house or external agencies and develop custom creative ideas and assets for campaigns that drive linkage to Hulu and hit KPIs.• Support brand campaigns and drive the strategy for content/fan-focused campaigns, such as true crime, unscripted, sitcoms, and more.• Work cross-functionally to achieve business goals, including collaborating with media, creative, PR, CRM, on-channel, social, content acquisition, bundle, research, and more.• Compile metrics, data, and analysis on campaigns and offer suggestions for optimization.• Oversee licensed media and production budgets relevant to your campaigns.• Keep a pulse on the larger licensed TV ecosystem and entertainment culture, identifying white space opportunities to activate around.Essential Qualifications• 5+ years of professional experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the media/TV industry.• Experience in writing briefs, leading campaign strategies, and managing partner relationships.• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.• Proactive self-starter with the ability to think outside the box, who loves strategy but also enjoys the creative process and is comfortable with data.• Passion for the TV/entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of the culture and trends.Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or a related field.• Experience working with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.• Knowledge of marketing metrics and data analysis, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.Skills and Competencies• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.• Creative and innovative approach to marketing, with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique solutions.• Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt Hulu, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
