About the Role Mercor is recruiting experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to participate in a groundbreaking research initiative with one of the world’s top AI companies. In this role, you’ll leverage your real-world real estate expertise to design, review, and refine tasks that replicate real scenarios faced by real estate professionals. Your insights will directly contribute to training AI systems to better understand and perform within the real estate industry — from client communications to property valuation and transaction processes. This is a remote, part-time, and fully asynchronous opportunity offering flexibility, competitive compensation, and long-term engagement. 2. Key Responsibilities • Develop and review occupation-specific questions and tasks based on real estate workflows. • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, professionalism, and contextual realism. • Provide structured feedback on topics such as client negotiation, property listing, contracts, and closing processes. • Collaborate asynchronously to ensure data quality and content consistency across research tasks. 3. Ideal Qualifications • 4+ years of full-time experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent. • Based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada. • Deep understanding of property transactions, client relations, and listing practices. • Excellent written communication and attention to detail. • Must have access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported). • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. 4.
