Healthcare background, clinical is a plus, software launches and writing requirements Required: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience with healthcare, managed care and/or health insurance data analysis, business operations, or application development Cross-functional leadership and the ability to take initiative Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to analyze, monitor, and create solutions using data. Excellent prioritization, organization, communication, and time management skills Experience and ability to influence and drive performance both in a direct and matrixed environment Proficient EQ expertise with the ability to facilitate a cross functional team through process discussion and impact analysis Able to set priorities and demonstrate sound judgment in handling complex situations. Experience in developing program artifacts, including use cases, project plans, executive summaries, staffing analysis, financial assessments, etc. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex data to executive teams, including leaders at the C-Suite level. Preferred Experience writing detailed requirements without ambiguity Experience conducting research on business and user needs Self-motivated with a mindset of continuous learning Understanding of development methodologies Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills Experience within Enterprise Clinical Services Experience with process design Strong financial acumen. Ability to influence and hold individuals accountable without formal authority.
