• Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese, responding to inquiries regarding banking products and services.
• Assist customers with account issues, transaction inquiries, and general banking questions efficiently and accurately.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in accordance with company protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex inquiries and ensure that customer concerns are addressed comprehensively.
• Stay informed about the company's services, updates, and technology to provide accurate information to customers.
• Engage proactively with customers to enhance their banking experience and ensure their satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest fintech innovations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in customer service or banking is preferred, particularly in a tech-driven environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset to deliver high-quality service.
• Strong communication skills allowing effective engagement with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
• A keen interest in technology and banking innovations will be an advantage.
