Blackridge Aviation is seeking a driven, strategic, and high-performing Aircraft Broker to join our growing team. We’re not a legacy firm. We’re a modern, tech-enabled aviation brokerage built for performance—and we’re scaling fast. This is a high-reward opportunity for professionals who know how to build relationships, communicate value, and close complex, high-ticket deals. You’ll work directly with aircraft owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals, many of whom are selling or acquiring aircraft in the $150K–$500k+ range. Your mission: bring them real results, and earn accordingly. Tasks What You’ll Be Doing: • Prospecting and qualifying aircraft owners through warm and cold outreach • Building trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients and business owners • Managing sales pipelines from lead to close with precision and urgency • Running market comps and valuation insights with support from our tools • Negotiating, structuring, and closing aircraft transactions • Leveraging our CRM, systems, and back-end support to stay focused on what you do best: selling Requirements You’re a Fit If You: • Have a strong background in sales, real estate, aviation, or finance (or just a killer track record of closing) • Are obsessed with performance, personal growth, and earning what you’re worth • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally • Thrive in a high-autonomy, commission-driven environment • Are self-disciplined, proactive, and comfortable working remotely or independently • Have a genuine interest in aviation or are eager to become an expert quickly Benefits Compensation & Perks: • 100% Commission + Tiered Performance Bonuses • No Cap on Earnings – You eat what you close • Full backend support for contracts, escrow, and logistics, and legal • Access to private buyer networks, broker-only deals, and top-tier tools • Long-term career upside as we scale with future for salaried + commission positions This is a performance-first role.
