Position Overview We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time contract basis. The ideal candidate is someone who can transform ideas into engaging visual designs that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines. This role involves designing materials such as posters, flyers, social media graphics, digital ads, and other campaign-related content. Responsibilities • Design digital and print collateral including: • Campaign and event graphics • Posters, flyers, and brochures • Social media posts and infographics • Web and email graphics (as needed) • Ensure all designs align with project branding and messaging • Collaborate with project managers and communications staff to develop design concepts • Prepare final files for both print and digital delivery • Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or freelance experience a plus) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva • Strong eye for layout, color, and typography • Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt to various visual styles • Excellent communication and time management skills • Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing for public-sector campaigns • Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (optional, not required) Compensation Hourly rate based on experience.
