Join a team that's dedicated to providing a truly vibrant and personalized aviation experience, built on trusted service, humble hearts and a family spirited atmosphere.<br><br>We're continuing to grow and have openings for the following shift!<br><br><ul><li>1st shift - 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. </li><li>2nd shift - 2p.m. - 10 p.m.</li><li>3rd shift - 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.<br><br></li></ul>The Flight Line Ramp Agent plays a critical role for Business Jet Center in providing entry-level and effective customer service for clients on the ramp and is a great way to explore aviation from the customer service side. FLA's work to uphold Business Jet’s high standards of serviceability in all aspects.<br><br>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Meet and greet customers as the first point of contact both on the ramp.</li><li>Provide basic-service concierge services including but not limited to:</li><ul><li>Taking service orders from crew/passengers such fueling, catering, etc.</li><li>Supply departing aircraft with coffee, ice, requested newspaper, and catering.</li></ul><li>Escort and assist in all transportation needs (i.e. pick up/drop off passengers).</li><li>Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by the CSR/FLA Management.</li><li>Communicate customer needs to appropriate departments.</li><li>Monitor incoming/outgoing flights and movement on the ramp.</li><li>Work with Line Service Technicians to coordinate and complete customer requests.</li><li>Present and maintain a clean and professional lobby area with stocked refreshments for customers.</li><li>Maintain and record appropriate supply levels.</li><li>Professionally correspond with customers and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain a professional and positive attitude with the ability to multitask.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.<br><br></li></ul>Qualification Requirements:<br><br><ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li><li>No special licenses or certificates required</li><li>0-1 years applicable customer service work experience</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent analytical and organizational skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records</li><li>Ability to multitask and provide high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Willingness to listen and learn</li><li>Ability to think creatively and innovatively</li><li>Self-starter with a willingness to learn and develop and take feedback well</li><li>Valid Driver's License</li><li>Ability to attain Love Field Badge<br><br></li></ul>Work Environment:<br><br>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to various weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to very loud noise levels in and around their work environment. The physical demands regularly required are to sit for extended periods of time, squat, crawl, climb along with the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
