About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Photographer to join our marketing team and own the photography direction of Pacaso’s global home portfolio. This person will travel the world photographing Pacaso homes in a cohesive, elevated style that blends real estate precision with editorial storytelling — capturing the luxury and lifestyle of second-home ownership.
In addition to traditional architectural photography, this role includes aerial drone photography and social media videography to showcase the full beauty and context of each home and its surroundings.
Pacaso covers all travel expenses related to shoots, including flights, lodging, and transportation, and provides a daily stipend while you’re on the road. Pacaso will also provide professional photography and drone equipment.
The ideal candidate has a refined eye for composition and design, strong technical expertise in photography, video, and editing, and the ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining Pacaso’s cohesive, luxurious visual identity.
What You Will Do
- Lead Pacaso’s photography direction across our global home portfolio, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all assets.
- Travel domestically and internationally to photograph Pacaso homes, producing both real estate–style listing photography and editorial lifestyle imagery.
- Style scenes with light props and décor to reflect Pacaso’s brand tone and luxury aesthetic.
- Capture high-quality vertical video content for social, digital, and marketing channels.
- Capture aerial drone photography and videography to highlight each home’s setting and design.
- Edit, color correct, and retouch imagery to align with Pacaso’s brand style guide, ensuring a consistent, luxurious look across all platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to align on shot lists, storyboards, and brand priorities.
- Continuously evolve and refine Pacaso’s photography standards and visual guidelines to ensure brand consistency and excellence.
- Manage photography timelines, travel logistics, and deliverables for all shoots.
About You
- 5 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real estate, travel, or luxury lifestyle.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural, editorial, and aerial photography.
- Experience working within brand style guidelines.
Proven proficiency with photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) and video capture/editing tools. - Exceptional eye for composition, color, and lighting.
- Strong organizational and asset management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently, with an active passport (domestic and international).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
