About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls and providing personalized support to our customers. You will be working from the comfort of your own home in Tennessee, and you will be an integral part of our team. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Must reside in Tennessee, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
