**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you will oversee a team of advisors who handle customer calls and messages related to post-order issues, such as returns, substitutions, discounts, and delivery status. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a team of advisors in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to post-order issues, such as returns, substitutions, discounts, and delivery status
* Provide comprehensive training and coaching to advisors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to address customer needs and achieve their goals
* Support the career development of advisors through regular feedback and coaching sessions
* Lead team meetings and quality assurance (call monitoring) sessions to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Analyze ticket queue efficiencies to ensure optimal response times and follow up when necessary
* Examine patterns in historical data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement group-specific initiatives and activities
* Make recommendations or take remedial action to address performance issues and be a key part of the disciplinary and termination process
* Work closely with HR and Senior Management to address and resolve employee issues
* Successfully interview and recommend candidates for hire
* Respond to escalated customer care requests, complaints, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to achieve a successful resolution
**Requirements**
* Solid critical thinking skills and the ability to think logically while working in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to close performance gaps
* Ability to navigate multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrated ability to provide timely and constructive feedback in a high-pressure and complex environment
* Four-year college degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
