Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services utilizing transportation management systems in order to meet contract service levels
- Provide top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Enter Customer Contact information into appropriate software systems, ensuring accuracy of data entries and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Schedule trips in the most cost-effective manner, meeting job-specific key performance indicators and goals
- Respond to customer complaints and document them accordingly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Maintain daily customer scheduling for Eligibility staff, collecting, tracking, and maintaining all monies collected for replacement IDs
- Communicate professionally with Leadership both internally and externally, maintaining program spreadsheets and ensuring regular attendance for assigned shifts
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater
- One year of customer service experience, with six months of experience working in a customer service contact center preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
