**The Role:**
As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence. You will work closely with customers, dealers, and third parties to resolve their issues and concerns, while providing personalized and proactive support to enhance their overall experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner
* Analyzing account characteristics and working with customers to resolve their issues
* Providing "best in class" customer service and following engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and build loyalty
* Documenting all activities in a clear and concise manner utilizing the appropriate systems and procedures
* Staying up-to-date with changes in policy and procedures to ensure compliance with high-risk processes

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong ability to apply lessons learned from past experiences and work through complex changes/situations in a consistently evolving work environment
* Consistent adherence to the applicable call model
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
