Job Overview

As a Pharmacy Technician and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient care and developing strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for assisting pharmacists, processing prescriptions, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including processing prescriptions, retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets, and verifying medication accuracy
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring data is entered efficiently and accurately
  • Assist with inventory management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications
  • Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience, engaging with customers and patients, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience
  • Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems, handling cash, and performing clerical tasks

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Preferred: 6 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Preferred: Previous work experience with blithequark
  • Preferred: Basic math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
  • Preferred: Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
  • Preferred: PTCB certification

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and prescription processing
