AI Creative Specialist

Job Description
MGID is a global advertising platform that helps publishers monetize their audiences and enables brands to promote their products and services across the open web effectively. Using AI-powered technology, we deliver high-quality native, display, and video ads in brand-safe environments, balancing user experience and performance.

Every month, MGID reaches over 1 billion unique users and delivers 185 billion ads in more than 70 languages. Trusted by brands like Renault, Domino’s, Nestlé, and IKEA, we support every stage of the marketing funnel – from planning campaigns to optimizing performance.

Founded in 2007, MGID has grown to operate from 18 offices worldwide, with a team of over 800 colleagues across North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Our ongoing investments in technology, talent, and strategic partnerships have fueled five consecutive years of double-digit growth. We continue to evolve and expand to meet the ever-changing needs of the digital advertising ecosystem.

In this role, you will design and improve AI-based creative workflows for images, video, and text elements that power MGID’s automated creative generation — including flows used directly by clients within the platform. Your goal is to build structured, repeatable systems that consistently deliver high-quality outputs at scale, rather than producing one-off assets manually.

You will work closely with the R&D Creative Team (AI Expert, Creative Designer, Creative Manager, and Team Lead) to ensure that AI-generated content fits campaign needs, supports performance goals, and remains usable within brand and compliance requirements.

Requirements
What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain scalable AI workflows for creative generation in MGID’s ecosystem.

  • Experiment with and refine prompt strategies, model setups, and model combinations to achieve stable, category-relevant outputs.
  • Apply or adapt fine-tuned or LoRA-based models when they improve realism, brand consistency, or stylistic quality.
  • Review generation outputs for usability, stability, and suitability within compliance and safety standards (e.g., NSFW risk, readability).
  • Build reusable prompt templates, patterns, and creative logic to accelerate experimentation and reduce manual rework.
  • Occasionally prototype lightweight tools or scripts (e.g., Colab flows, basic utilities, Chrome extensions) to support early testing outside the dashboard.
  • Document workflows clearly and communicate decisions to both technical and creative peers.
Who You Are
  • You have practical experience working with AI-driven creative tools or workflows (typically around two or more years, or strong real-case portfolio experience).
  • You understand prompt design, including image-to-image, control flows, or text-to-video approaches.
  • You are familiar with basic fine-tuning or LoRA adaptation concepts and can adjust or work with existing models when needed.
  • You have experience with image or video generation tools such as Stable Diffusion / SDXL, Flux, Kling, Midjourney, Runway, OpenAI, or similar.
  • You think in systems — you build repeatable creative flows rather than one-time outputs.
  • You can explain your reasoning and approach clearly to designers, developers, and product stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork with creative, compliance, and development teams; you can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences effectively.
  • You are proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues, especially in high-stakes or fast-paced environments.
  • Your English is at least Intermediate+, sufficient for documentation and communication.
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with APIs, lightweight scripting (for example, Python or Colab flows), or automation tools.
  • Background in creative tech — such as design, motion graphics, gaming, or other AI-assisted visual experimentation.

If you want to help shape how thousands of brands generate ad visuals at scale — building systems that turn AI into practical, creative tools — join MGID.

Be part of a team that blends technology, creativity, and responsibility to redefine what advertising looks like in the AI era.

Apply now and help us power the next generation of performance-ready creative solutions.
