As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers * Provide empathetic and personalized service to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Perform heavy data entry, accurately capturing and updating customer information in our database * Gather and review patient billing and medical information, ensuring compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines * Collaborate with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient, resolving any issues or discrepancies * Utilize dual monitors and multi-tasking skills to efficiently manage calls and data entry tasks * Work closely with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and maintain a high level of service quality **Requirements** * At least 1 year of recent call center experience (no exceptions) * Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required * Active internet connection and ability to work from home * Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors * Great work attitude and willingness to help others * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field * Strong knowledge of Federal Health Care Program guidelines and regulations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Familiarity with data entry software and systems **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $16 per hour * Weekly pay plus benefits * Opportunity to work from home with a stable and reliable internet connection * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success in the role * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we value our employees' well-being and offer a supportive and inclusive work environment.
