Our blithequark Listening Center is a state-of-the-art contact center that operates from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday, and 8 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays, closed on Sundays, Mountain Time. We are currently seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our blithequark family.

Upcoming Opportunities

We have several upcoming start dates available, including May 20, 2024, June 10, 2024, and July 8, 2024. Our preferred shifts are 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, and 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Mountain Time. Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound customer calls in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported.
  • Determining customer concerns and scheduling necessary appointments, while providing clear and concise information to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Communicating with customers in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and heard, while also establishing and maintaining great customer relationships.
  • Documenting and updating customer records accurately and efficiently, to ensure that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Being a team player and upholding the high standards of professionalism and integrity that blithequark is known for, while also contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Participating in ongoing training and quality assurance initiatives, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

All calls are recorded and monitored for quality purposes, to ensure that we are consistently delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Location and Requirements

This is a US-Remote position, and blithequark can employ individuals in states where we are registered. Currently, we are accepting applications for remote work in the following states: Utah, Nevada, Iowa, Texas, Wyoming, and Arizona. Please note that this list is subject to change, and we encourage you to check back with us in the future if your state is not currently listed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet our network and equipment requirements, which include:

  • Hardwired Internet (Ethernet cable connection)
  • 50 Mbps download speed minimum
  • 20 Mbps upload speed minimum
  • 40 ms latency maximum
  • A Windows PC desktop or laptop with Intel i5 processor - 2.40GHz or processor equivalent or better, 8GB of RAM available, and a working webcam
  • Anti-Virus protection software (Windows Defender is acceptable, as long as it is kept up-to-date)
  • A USB wired headset with microphone
  • Dual computer monitors
  • A smartphone (any manufacturer)

Please note that Apple computers are not compatible with our systems, and you will need to provide your own equipment to perform the duties of this role.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Meet our network and equipment requirements
  • Be positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Have proficient computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple systems and type 30+ words per minute
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
  • A designated workspace that is free from distractions and background noise
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Perks

The starting hourly rate for this role is $15.00, with opportunities for growth and advancement as you develop your skills and experience.
