Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical and billing support to application users, serving as a vital point of contact between end-users and our development team. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues with expediency and courtesy while maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, account, and billing support for customers using our mobile app and website
  • Quickly resolve customer questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Diagnose and report on technical glitches, sharing customer feedback with our development team
  • Educate customers on our features and benefits, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions
  • Grow and maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
  • Grow and maintain a working knowledge of all Customer Support policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Understand and profile customer needs to make recommendations for additional services

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you should be a critical thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, able to break down and resolve issues quickly and effectively. You should be an effective communicator who shows patience and empathy towards customers and colleagues, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for helping families thrive.

Essential Qualifications

  • A high level of web proficiency and strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye toward grammatical proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of Web, Android, and iOS platforms and operating systems
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support, customer experience, or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's/Professional degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with error reporting tools like JIRA
  • Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk
  • Knowledge of the Family Law industry
