Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry and Support Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Dispute Resolution department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining, organizing, and transferring documentation for legal actions for both internal and external clients
  • Collaborating with the Director of Payment Compliance Dispute Resolution and Manager of Payer Analysis Operation/Systems to ensure seamless operations
  • Prioritizing work efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards
  • Providing exceptional support to the team and contributing to the success of the department

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of data entry or administrative experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel
