About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Analyst to join our core development team. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Providing technical and CX feedback to development teams to inform product development and ensure that customer needs are met
- Visiting customer sites to deploy new technology, collect feedback, and quantify the impact of new solutions
- Summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, highlighting key findings, and recommending future improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and marketing, to ensure that customer needs are integrated into product development and deployment
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- A 4-year science or engineering degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles and problem-solving
- Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
- Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in ambiguous and ever-changing environments, demonstrating adaptability and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, providing a strong foundation in technical principles and problem-solving
- Scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript, demonstrating proficiency in automation and data analysis
- Formal coursework or training in project management, with experience in Agile methodologies and project planning tools, demonstrating ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
