About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Analyst to join our core development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in testing, validating, and launching new technology at customer locations. Your expertise in customer-facing program management, process development, and delivery will be essential in helping us achieve our goal of providing a world-class shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
  • Providing technical and CX feedback to development teams to inform product development and ensure that customer needs are met
  • Visiting customer sites to deploy new technology, collect feedback, and quantify the impact of new solutions
  • Summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, highlighting key findings, and recommending future improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and marketing, to ensure that customer needs are integrated into product development and deployment

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • A 4-year science or engineering degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
  • Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in ambiguous and ever-changing environments, demonstrating adaptability and sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, providing a strong foundation in technical principles and problem-solving
  • Scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript, demonstrating proficiency in automation and data analysis
  • Formal coursework or training in project management, with experience in Agile methodologies and project planning tools, demonstrating ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
