Incident Management Specialist

Job Description: • Responsible for resolving prioritized curriculum incidents across a variety of courses for grades K through 12 by developing & correcting content • Collaborating with SMEs on content accuracy, processes, and standards • Executing editorial standards and protocol for all core, offline, and elective courses • Updates existing content to new formats in line with documented design requirements • Prepares online courses for release by updating course structure and metadata • Revise content in proprietary LMS to resolve prioritized bugs, defects, and customer-reported incidents • Solve a variety of complex problems; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information • Understand the capabilities and limitations of the available authoring and development tools to implement resolutions to problems • Implements curriculum changes according to editorial style, including diversity, equity, and inclusion standards Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in technology, education, or comparable experience • Previous experience with content incident management preferred • Experience in curriculum development preferred, including the development of digital products • Able to provide excellent customer service to a variety of stakeholders • Able to quickly learn, organize, and utilize information • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-performing environment • Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated desire and ability to successfully collaborate within a fully virtual team • Basic HTML and web skills essential • Knowledge of Microsoft and Google business applications • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Education Management Systems (EMS), or other similar content management systems Benefits: • This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
