We’re looking for an AI Specialist (Operations & Optimization) to help monitor, troubleshoot, and improve our AI-driven products. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring that models run smoothly, workflows stay healthy, and performance issues are spotted and resolved fast.

This role is a mix of analytical problem-solving and hands-on systems work — perfect for someone who enjoys digging into logs, identifying patterns, and building better processes.

Why You’ll Want to Join
  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
  • Observance of Holidays (based on your location)
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive
  • Join a mission-driven fintech company redefining cash flow automation
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape the evolution of AI systems
  • Build scalable, reliable systems with modern AI and automation tools

What You’ll Work On

AI System Monitoring

  • Monitor daily dashboards and alerts to ensure AI workflows complete successfully
  • Identify, restart, and troubleshoot failed or stuck processes in real time
  • Perform light debugging and escalate complex issues to the Product or Engineering teams
  • Maintain consistency in uptime, reliability, and data flow across systems

Model Performance & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify recurring errors or inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine and improve AI model behavior
  • Annotate or validate data outputs to ensure AI accuracy and consistency
  • Contribute insights that drive measurable improvement in system reliability

Tooling & Process Improvement

  • Use tools like Extend, Basepilot, and internal platforms to manage AI operations
  • Test and evaluate new frameworks and automation tools that could improve performance
  • Document repeatable troubleshooting playbooks and standardize operational workflows

System Upkeep & Reporting

  • Maintain logs of incidents, resolutions, and root causes for visibility and learning
  • Run light SQL queries and use Postman or API clients to verify data flows
  • Create or enhance dashboards and reports that surface system health and performance

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in AI operations, system monitoring, or technical support
  • Strong technical comfort with automation tools and frameworks (Activepieces, Airflow, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset — able to identify patterns and optimize systems through data insights
  • Hands-on troubleshooting ability and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical teams
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems with limited documentation
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to improve what’s already built

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with finance systems, ERP integrations, or data pipelines
  • Basic understanding of AI workflows, ML models, or automation architecture
  • Experience using monitoring and observability tools like DataDog, Grafana, or similar
  • Exposure to scripting or API workflows (Python, SQL, Postman)

How to Apply

Please include:

  1. Your updated resume highlighting relevant AI operations or system monitoring experience
  2. A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and explaining a past project or troubleshooting process you managed

Only candidates who submit both a resume and Loom video will be reviewed.
