**Job Role**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for:
* Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
* Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician schedules as needed to meet customer expectations
* Resolving customer issues promptly and courteously, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Investigating customer concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
* Matching service types with technician availability, location, and duration to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
* Making outbound calls to maintain the schedule, fill gaps, and retain our membership base
* Collaborating with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives
* Educating customers on our Membership benefits to foster long-term relationships
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication skills, with a passion for making customers happy
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to think proactively and anticipate customer needs
**Remote Work Requirements**
As a remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will need to provide:
