**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with hundreds of customers each week to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. You will be responsible for:
* Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade
* Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers, escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams when necessary
* Ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring first call resolution
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade
* Explain and position products and processes with customers, escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams when necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
* Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
* Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
* Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
* Strong team orientation and customer focus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
