Job Overview

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through various channels, including inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails.   • High-speed wired internet, with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed (mobile home internet and satellite internet services are not permitted)
  • A valid and up-to-date antivirus software, to protect your computer and data
  • A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad, for program work and authentication purposes
  • A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, or an AppleOS (depending on the client's requirements)

Work Environment Requirements:

To ensure a productive and effective work environment, you will need to have a quiet and uninterrupted space, with a organized desk area and minimal distractions. You will also need to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and performance.

Contractual Relationship:

As an independent contractor at blithequark, you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. You will not be eligible for employee benefits, including vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, or unemployment insurance benefits. You will be required to agree to a contractual agreement, outlining the terms and conditions of your work with blithequark.
