Job Overview

The Customer Care Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support through various channels. This role is responsible for managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with script-related tasks, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail. As a key member of our Customer Contact Center, you will be expected to handle each interaction with care, empathy, and a strong focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and providing comprehensive support to clients, ensuring that their questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing the Pinnacle or Amtelco platform to manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and ensure accurate and efficient handling of all client interactions
  • Scheduling consultations and appointments between clients and our team members, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and that appointments are set with the appropriate person and for the correct amount of time
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service, promoting a positive and professional experience for every client interaction
  • Adhering to blithequark's Quality Assurance policy, ensuring that all interactions meet our standards for quality and professionalism
  • Actively seeking feedback and engaging in continuous self-improvement to enhance service quality and contribute to the overall success of the Customer Contact Center

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and support
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to discern caller situations and provide empathetic and professional responses
  • Service-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient with contact center software, including the Amtelco platform, and/or able to learn efficiently
  • Optimistic and creative in approaching challenges and resolving issues, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Remote Work Discipline: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability and minimal supervision
  • Continuous Learning: Enthusiastic about learning and driven towards continuous self-improvement, with a strong desire to develop new skills and knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Prior experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Technical proficiency, with experience working with contact center software and other technical systems

Education and Experience

The following education and experience requirements apply to this role:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, with a strong focus on education and continuous learning
  • Prior call center experience preferred, but not required, with a strong emphasis on customer service and support

To perform the duties of this role, you will need to have the following computer equipment and software:
