Job Overview

The Customer Experience Administrator will play a pivotal role in overseeing all customer activity within blithequark, ensuring that our Home Techs maintain the highest standards of service. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for managing multiple touchpoints, from the initial interaction to the completion of a job, and assisting with repeat customer opportunities. Reporting directly to the President of blithequark, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with Home Techs, the Owner General Manager, and customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound customer calls, leads, and return customer messages within 24 hours, providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Prepare, approve, and send job proposals, following up with customers to schedule appointments after deposits are received.
  • Manage daily scheduling of Home Techs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and minimizing delays.
  • Schedule home onsite visits for more complicated proposals, coordinating with customers and Home Techs to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and job updates, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Update social media and the company website with referral statements and job photos, showcasing our work and promoting our services.
  • Call back completed jobs to gather service updates and referrals, continuously improving our services and building customer loyalty.
  • Close out jobs in all operational and accounting systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient invoicing.
  • Send out automated invoices after completion, streamlining the payment process and reducing administrative burdens.
  • Maintain close contact with the Owner General Manager, Service Techs, and customers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring that customer needs are met.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Telephone customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • A pleasant speaking voice, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A home computer with a microphone headset and high-speed internet access, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • The ability to pass a background check, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • A passion for working with the public, with a desire to always exceed expectations and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
