Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities * Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service * Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers * Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data * Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities * Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing **Requirements** To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports * Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High school diploma or equivalent * Bilingual is preferred but not required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we encourage candidates with the following qualifications to apply: * Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools * Knowledge of industry-specific products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field **Benefits** As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll enjoy a range of benefits that will enhance your career and personal life.
