Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Preparing and Assembling Medical Record Documentation**: You will be responsible for preparing and assembling medical record documentation, including charts and other pertinent health information. * **Ensuring Medical Record Compliance**: You will ensure that medical records are compliant with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission. * **Updating Patient History and Physical Exam**: You will update patient history and physical exam information in the patient's medical record. * **Preparing and Sending Documentation to Physicians**: You will prepare and send documentation to physicians for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures. * **Monitoring Lab Results and Screening Procedures**: You will monitor the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures. * **Performing Clerical Duties and Tasks**: You will perform other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned. **Required Equipment** * **Laptop/Desktop with i5 Processor and 8GB of RAM**: You will need a laptop or desktop with a minimum i5 processor and 8GB of RAM to perform your job duties. * **Internet Speed of 35Mbps and Above**: You will need a reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 35Mbps to ensure seamless communication and data transfer. * **Noise-Cancelling Headset/Webcam**: You will need a noise-cancelling headset and webcam to participate in virtual meetings and communicate with team members. * **Dedicated Workspace**: You will need a dedicated workspace at home to ensure that you can focus on your job duties without distractions. **Essential Qualifications** * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: You will need a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this position. * **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, providers, and team members. * **Attention to Detail**: You will need to be detail-oriented to ensure that medical records are accurate and compliant
