Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the app stores, gauging the impact of App Store Optimization and contributing to the success of our clients. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems, as well as retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress. Your exceptional typing skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively will be essential in delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gauge the impact of App Store Optimization for some of the biggest brands in the app stores
  • Classify information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
  • Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
  • Perform searches on websites for information
  • Audit reports and sheets of data
  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
  • Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
  • Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Proficiency in using Slack and Google Meet for communication and collaboration
  • Expertise in computer research and comprehensive knowledge of data entry
  • Ability to create presentations (highly desired)
  • Excellent typing accuracy and sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Intermediate experience in spreadsheets and database management
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Impeccable organization and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a temporary Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly rate of $16.15 - $18.70 per hour.
