Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry and Application Development Specialist to join our Learning and Development team in Alphaville. This role will be responsible for managing the learning needs of our outsourced call centers, developing effective training programs, and collaborating with our global customer service team to ensure alignment and excellence in our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning, and performance improvement, with experience in designing and delivering training programs for call center agents, leaders, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program management: Outline, document, and maintain the scope of all local Learning and Development projects, create and track project plans, and develop trusting partnerships with outsourced call center partners.
  • Learning content development: Conduct gap analysis, develop training curriculum, and create solutions to address performance gaps, using a variety of inputs and collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Facilitation: Deliver learning material in face-to-face and virtual environments, pilot new curriculum, and train call center trainers.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and foster strong partnerships with regional customer service colleagues, participate in learning opportunities, and collaborate with business leaders to transform operational opportunities into Learning and Development opportunities.
  • Dealer management and relationship building: Partner with the training and operational teams of our outsourced call center providers, contribute to the overall performance of the customer service business, and build and power Learning and Development governance for the providers.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience designing soft skills and technical training solutions, including onboarding programs, for call center agents, senior call center representatives, emerging leaders, and senior executive audiences.
  • Experience designing and facilitating learning services that range from 15-minute learning sessions to multi-week classroom programs.
  • Strong facilitation experience in various instructor-led programs for diverse audiences and training skills.
  • Project management experience, ability to collaborate with a team and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, outcomes-oriented, data-driven environment.
  • High degree of independence and ability to work and manage own time efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related degree, Master's degree a plus.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • Experience working in a cross-cultural global environment.
  • Experience with content/knowledge management.
  • Experience designing training curriculum for service, retail, or call center managers/leaders.
  • Experience with innovative facilitation tools.
