About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays
  • Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining established quality requirements, and consistently meeting performance targets
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Previous experience in the home improvement industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of lead and workflow management principles and practices
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CCSP, CSP)
