About the Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first line of contact for customers who are seeking help with their missing pets. You will be responsible for providing a positive and reassuring experience for our customers, many of whom may be panicked or distressed. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from customers who are seeking help with their missing pets, providing a positive and reassuring experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
