About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering an amazing customer experience, helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
• Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to ensure seamless interactions
• Perform application data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective solutions
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
• Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multiple responsibilities with ease
• Commit to extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

Essential Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Own a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
• Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
• Complete a background check and health screening as part of the onboarding process
• Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible)
• Possess moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working from home
• Be self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a focus on health insurance or the Affordable Care Act
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to adapt to new technologies

Compensation and Benefits
