About the Role
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station real-time, hands-on support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and to connect them with experts who can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. This role goes beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it's about making a positive impact on our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email, to resolve issues and address concerns
- Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
- Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Clearly understand and respond appropriately to customer issues, composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
- Approach problems logically and with good judgment, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
- Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach problems logically and make effective decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
- Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
- Proficiency in data analysis and customer retention strategies

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay range of $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $62,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. blithequark is a total compensation company, offering equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
