Key Responsibilities
- Answering inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way.
- Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Communicating blithequark's service standards to customers, ensuring they are aware of our commitment to excellence and their options for support.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution to critical customer concerns.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring customers receive the support they need in a efficient and seamless manner.
- Following up on complicated customer calls as required, to ensure issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied with the outcome.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, reports, and updates in our CRM system.
- Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring we continuously improve our service and support.
- Recording details of customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, to inform our service strategies and enhance the customer experience.
- Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to supporting the team and driving customer satisfaction.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills.
- Bilingual skills are a significant plus, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
