  • Answering questions about 401k account balances and assisting with withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance
  • Providing education and resources to empower customers to make informed financial decisions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and empathy
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
