Responsibilities:

  • Support the PR Manager in planning and executing outreach campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Research and identify relevant podcasts, journalists, and media outlets for outreach opportunities.

  • Reach out to podcasts and journalists to pitch stories, secure media coverage, and arrange interviews.

  • Assist in drafting and editing press releases, quotes, and other media-facing materials.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, media briefings, and other PR-related activities.

  • Track and monitor media responses, maintaining a record of outreach and coverage.

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, podcast hosts, and media professionals.

  • Conduct research on industry trends and opportunities to inform PR strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in managing outreach and follow-ups with multiple stakeholders.

  • A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset to handle various tasks and deadlines. (ASANA experience is a plus!)

  • Confidence in reaching out to media professionals and establishing relationships.

  • Familiarity with PR tools, media databases, and monitoring platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the PR Manager and other team members in a remote setting.
