**Job Summary**
As an Airline Supervisor at blithequark, you'll oversee passenger service operations at DFW Airport, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and high-quality service. You'll be responsible for monitoring staff performance, providing training, and maintaining a fair and respectful work environment. **Responsibilities**
* Supervise and coordinate passenger service operations to ensure seamless execution of customer service standards
* Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and safety standards, including adherence to industry best practices
* Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
* Provide training and development to subordinates to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Maintain customer satisfaction, safety, security, and employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution
* Administer fair and respectful practices for all staff and third parties, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
**Minimum Requirements**
* Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and days off, as required
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
* Ability to read, write, and fluently speak and understand the English language
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
* Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Reports to work on a regular and timely basis
* Cognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment
**Preferred Skills**
* Ability to compute rate, percent, and interpret bar graphs
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
* Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
**Physical Requirements/Working Conditions**
* Ability to lift 70 pounds
* Ability to handle stress
* Work in a high noise level environment
* Work with minimal supervision
