Your Role: Remote Customer Service Representative – Healthcare

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes
  • Accurately documenting call details, maintaining up-to-date records and data
  • Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily, contributing to the success of our call center team

What You Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to excellence and a positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Proficiency in navigating computer applications, with basic technical skills and knowledge
  • A desire to exceed customer expectations and grow professionally, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Previous healthcare experience is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Job Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience at a single job, preferably in customer service
  • Have reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
  • Have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • Have a secure, private work area at home, with a dedicated space for working
  • Have flexible availability, including weekends, with a willingness to work varying shifts and schedules
