Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our social media customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance to drive business growth. This is an entry-level position, and we encourage recent graduates or individuals with a passion for digital marketing and customer relationship management to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer support to our Mission Managers on the development and plan coordination of email marketing creatives, audience segmentation, campaign execution, as well as analysis of campaign performance
- Collaborate with different blithequark Specialty Units to gather and prepare/trade resources for campaign execution
- Develop campaign reports and utilize Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop to create email marketing creatives and trade resource expectations
- Assist with monitoring CRM testing, campaign QA, and providing insights into campaigns from performance data
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through social media channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing customer experiences
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML
- Moderate Photoshop skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email, and paid search, as well as data analysis
- Able to be flexible, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing, and evolving environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and be a self-starter with flexibility and versatility
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Foundation in Digital Marketing with experience in project management
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Tableau)
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL/Oracle)
- Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator)
