We're proud of our decade-long journey of growth and profitability, and our customers include some of the world's largest sales platforms, recruitment solutions, venture capital firms, and private equity companies, as well as cutting-edge startups from Y Combinator. **The Role** We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, who can not only excel in data analysis but also take ownership of customer relationships. In this role, you'll operate as an independent contributor, working directly with enterprise clients to provide data insights while also managing all aspects of the client relationship – much like a Customer Success Manager. You'll ensure clients achieve their business goals using our data products and build long-term partnerships with them. **Key Responsibilities:** * Independent Data Analysis: Work closely with enterprise clients to gather requirements, analyze large datasets, and deliver actionable insights that help them achieve their business objectives. * Customer Success: Take full responsibility for the success of your clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication, ensuring they maximize the value of our data products. Handle support requests, escalations, and proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Ensure customers are satisfied and help them get the most out of our data services. * Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of data projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and successful outcomes for the client. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and other internal teams to align our data solutions with client needs, offering feedback and insights to drive improvements. **Key Qualifications:** * 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage end-to-end data projects. * Previous experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role, with a focus on managing enterprise client relationships. * Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience working with large datasets. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a remote, fast-paced environment. * Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable working independently. **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience working with large datasets. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client business objectives and develop data-driven solutions to meet their needs. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and applications. * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems. * Experience with data storytelling and presentation tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. * Strong understanding of data governance and security principles. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As you excel in this role, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team of data analysts and customer success professionals.
