About the Role

As a Retail Customer Service Expert at blithequark, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities

Your main responsibility as a Customer Service Representative will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Key responsibilities include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. Essential qualifications include:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Preferred qualifications include experience working in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.

Work from Home Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) that meets the following requirements:

  • Windows 10 or later
  • Wired Ethernet LAN connection
  • Internet connection (satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
  • A minimum of 4GB RAM

Additionally, your internet connection must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required

You must also have a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
