Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the focal point of information between staff, students, and parents, ensuring seamless communication and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage all incoming calls, responding to new and existing clients, and taking messages as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Report all staff, client, vendor, and subcontractor issues to Directors, ensuring that any problems are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop, implement, and perfect office systems and procedures, continually seeking ways to improve our operations and enhance the client experience.
  • Read and respond to all work-related emails, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and helpful support.
  • Answer all phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate contact and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain and manage the company calendar, appointments, and client schedules, ensuring that all events and meetings are properly organized and executed.
  • Schedule appointments for Directors, coordinating their diaries and ensuring that they are well-prepared for all meetings and events.
  • Organize and compose office correspondence, documents, and reports, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Support our sales and production teams, providing administrative assistance and helping to drive business growth and success.
  • Post company-related content on social media platforms, helping to promote our brand and engage with our online community.
  • Send communications, such as thank you notes and referral gifts, to clients and partners, fostering strong relationships and encouraging loyalty and advocacy.
  • Review the daily and weekly schedule with Directors, ensuring that everyone is aware of upcoming events and deadlines.
  • Participate in staff meetings, contributing to discussions and helping to shape the direction of our organization.
  • Ensure that the company's public image is consistent and in keeping with our branding, maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all our interactions and communications.
  • Provide marketing assistance, helping to promote our services and attract new clients to our business.
