The Role We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to join Fixated, a role reserved for individuals who already have a solid history with loyal clients who've worked directly with you for YouTube strategy. As a Senior Strategist, you’ll lead a pod centered on growing your creators YouTube channels, while benefiting from Fixated’s proven systems, resources, and network. The partnership is designed to unlock exponential growth for both you and your creators multiplying revenue opportunities and strengthening their businesses across content, brand, and operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor your pod (strategists, editors, designers, operations manager) with direct oversight of your creators’ growth. • Apply your proven strategies, Fixated’s proprietary models, and industry-leading approaches of the top 1% of creators. • Partner with Fixated’s management, brand, and business teams to expand opportunities across sponsorships, distribution, and monetization. • Serve as a trusted mentor to both your creators and your pod team. • Ensure seamless collaboration between your creators and Fixated’s infrastructure to drive scalable, long-term growth. What We’re Looking For • Deep experience with creators who have personally relied on you for YouTube long-form strategy. • Proven success scaling those creators’ channels, with tangible results. • Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor creators at the highest level. • Deep understanding of the full long-form YouTube content process (concept, production, editing, retention, packaging, distribution). • Strong creative instincts combined with business acumen. • Alignment between past creators you've worked with and Fixated’s vision of scaling top-tier creators through innovative systems and services.
