HEDIS Reviewers (Multiple Positions)

We are seeking HEDIS Reviewers - Bohemia, NY (USA) HEDIS/Hybrid Experience - Remote ASAP to Early May/June 2025 (MY2024) Candidates will work with the HEDIS team to request, review and abstract medical records to support HEDIS/Hybrid season. Prior HEDIS experience or certification or ability to pass the MY2024 HEDIS Exam. Ability to work within HEDS documentation systems for Hybrid season Request, review, and abstract medical records as needed. • **Serious inquires Only*** Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience in medical record abstraction, HEDIS projects, Certified Healthcare Record Reviewer, or related fields. Technical Skills: Moderate knowledge of using a laptop and smartphone for data entry and communication. Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and auditors. Mentoring Ability: Proven experience in guiding and educating less experienced team members. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reviewing medical records and determining compliance with standards. Problem-Solving: Ability to assist in process improvements and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ideal Candidate: • Has experience with HEDIS, HEDIS education or certification in medical record review. • Can effectively use technology (laptop and smartphone) to manage data and communications. • Comfortable in mentoring roles and working in collaborative environments.
