Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with our products and services, using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining equipment, preparing rental invoices, and answering questions and educating customers regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers inside and outside a blithequark center with blithequark products and services.
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up blithequark trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through blithequark upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through blithequark upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing continuous blithequark education through blithequark University.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record. You will also need to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
