We are seeking to hire 5–10 Virtual Call Center Agents within the next 30 days. As a Virtual Call Center Agent, you will assist customers over the phone with questions, concerns, and general support. You will work from home, select your own schedule, and partner with our team to onboard with the client program of your choice. This is an independent contractor (1099) position—ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, supplemental income, or a full-time remote work option. Responsibilities • Answer inbound customer service calls • Provide accurate information based on client scripts and guidelines • Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner • Document call details clearly and accurately • Maintain strong communication and customer service skills • Work independently and meet client expectations Qualifications • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace • Desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks) • USB headset • Reliable high-speed internet • Ability to pass a background check • Strong verbal communication skills • Dependable and self-motivated • Customer service experience is a plus but not required Contract & Pay • 1099 Independent Contractor role (you handle your own taxes) • Pay ranges from $10–$15hr depending on the client • Paid bi-weekly • Opportunities for bonuses, referral incentives, and performance rewards • No experience required — training provided through the client certification programs Schedule • 100% flexible scheduling • Choose your own hours (morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends) • Minimum hours vary by client program • Great for parents, students, caregivers, or anyone needing freedom in their schedule Hiring Goal We are actively hiring 5–10 new agents within the next 30 days to join our expanding team.
